First day compliant with the recommendations outlined in Tim Ferriss' book The Four Hour Body. In the book he suggested taking photos of your meals to keep you honest.
Lunch today consisted of steak, chilli beans, glass of V8 juice and a green tea (see photo).
Breakfast was 3 eggs scrambled with sauteed spinach and lentils.
Dinner will be a BBQ'd lamb roast with veggies.
Snacks in between meals probably some nuts and maybe a carrot or tea dipped in almond butter.
